From when did the RCM on transport services recived will be applicable in Madhya Pradesh???
Please also mention the rates at which these services are taxable.??

It is being applicable to all states from 1/7/2017 , ...
agreed with Pankaj Ji, RCM on services provided by GTA is covered under section 9(3). Section 9(4) was suspended till 30.06.2018 while section 9(3) was never suspended. so it is presently applicable.
