Applicability of Notice
The Kerala VAT Department issues Notice U/s 25(1) showing huge demand of VAT Tax for the FY 2013-14 onwards.Is the any law Valid for issue these type of Notice after the implication of GST?.

It's not based on the before or after GST. its valid in the eye of law for the time being in force.
