applicability of IBC
Hi sir.. i m ca final student.. i just want to confirm whether there is any exception in IBC, 2016 regarding applicability of code that it shall not apply to banks, financial institutions and insurance companies.. the same is mentioned in New course PM of ICAI..

Whatever information given in ICAI material,that should be only follow the CA students.but for your clarification as per my knowledge the exception cases are not there in the IBC. if you want to know the same just download the IBC code from MCA.site.
