This is to ask everyone that whether GST will be applicable for C.A. FInal NOV . 2010 attempt or not ?????If yes How should I study it????
( bcoz looking to recent changes ICAI has removed FBT from the syllabus So I am in little bit of dilemma that Indirect Tax Laws may also be removed as GST is applicable from 1st April 2010.)
Plz reply urgently & take up the matter seriously ( Not to reply just to earn points.)
According to me,
Looking at the current scenario, the implementation of GST w.e.f 01/04/2010 is very doubtful. since Government is not yet fully ready for the same so there is very low possibility of inclusion of the same in syllabus so don't worry about it.
And though FBT has been removed from the syllabus just try to have a general idea of the topic
