When a company has become dormant by not filing any of the forms since its incorporation i.e, 2005, and wants to get active status, is it appropriate to file form 61 as per companies Act 1956 or GNL-1 as per companies Act 2013?

the relevant form is MSC 4, which has already been provided by the MCA....so kindly use that....check relevant rules for further details....
