i have done M.Com.(EXTERNAL) from Pune University in year 2009-2011. I was registered as an article on 18/09/2007. Do i need to file Form 112. When during my m.com i asked I was not supposed to submit Form 112 & now when i am asking for Membership they are asking for Form 112. PLease Help. My recent Job depends on My Membership No. Thank you.

Dear swapnil,
BETTER you need to file Form 112 as you have not complied with rules of ICAI.
In future,if the ICAI comes to know that you have already got degree in M.com, then it will lead to cancellation of your membership.
