I have a new company incorporated in 20-21
now for the fy 20-21 turnover was below 50 cr
but during the fy 21-22 turnover has crossed 50 cr. so whether e invoicing would applicable from current fy as the portal is not allowing to register
Turnover limit for Generating E-Invoice will be Rs.50.00 Crores and it will be in any previous year. You have to generate E-Invoice from 01st April 2022.
Hence you have to generate E-Invoice from 01st April 2022 on wards.
You will have to start e-invoicing from April 2022 onwards
