Hopefully it may be but still you have to wait for any information/ Notification from ICAI.

That makes the pain for us, as the matter to study is contingent! We are not able to start preparations for Law & Audit subjects.

I think u should continew with ur old syllabous and have a look of New company Act. there is only 98 section till now announced in official gazatte. 

And audit u can read with old one bcs evenif new company act will be came there is no big amendments will be there.
