Applicability of companies act 2013
I have been told that the companies act 2013 shall be applicable for Nov 2014 examination and I would like to confirm the same. Thanking you in advance.

Any Amendment, circlulars, Notifications made six months before exams are applicable for CA exams. but however still ICAI has to confirm whether for Nov 14 exams they are going for new companies act .
strictly speaking it may not happen for nov 14 exams. you need not panic.
