In Direct Taxes Paper in CA Final, will the recent amendments brought out by Finance Act 2007 be applicable and if so to what extent. ??

Hi!! Basically amendments brought in by Finance Act, 07 will be applicable from may'08 exceprt the amendments which are retrospectively made in the law... So for nov'07 only retrospective amendments in law made by finance act,2007 is applicable...

amendments which have retrspective effect and which has been declared till may is applicable.
