Basically amendments brought in by Finance Act, 07 will be applicable from may'08 exceprt the amendments which are retrospectively made in the law...
So for nov'07 only retrospective amendments in law made by finance act,2007 is applicable...
thanks for your clarification.... what about recent notifications and circulars ?
amendments which have retrspective effect and which has been declared till may is applicable.
