I have transferred money to apple wallet and purchased software's from apple stores. My question is how this should be configured in Tally prime, and I can enter the purchase information correctly.

Since this is not a sale, its not that complex.
Create apple wallet ledger under advances and loans current assets ledger.
Then transfer cash into that account which you already did online.
Apple wallet dr
Cash cr
Then,
Purchases dr
wallet cr
