Appeals in CESTAT
Can we file appeal in Cestat through courier post. And if there arises a delay of more than 90 days in filing appeal in CESTAT due to late delivery of post, what remedy is available?

Approved mode of delivery by post is Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due. If there is any delay you can file an application for condonation.
