Appeal in New IT portal

Have anyone filed Form 35 in New IT portal? I am facing the following issues:
1. DIN cannot be entered fully. anything typed in DIN showing as error

2. While filling appeal fee paid details BSR code cannot be filled with prefix zero
3. at the time of e verification aadhar OTP is not considered as valid. I entered 3 times different OPT s but the result was same.

how to resolve all these issues?

Ji -The site is not properly working.
only , View /Download -Form 26AS, Refund Reissue, Register DSC, etc.

These services are worked properly.
