Appeal for RTI

Hi, I applied to verification (certified copies) through RTI. 30 days are completed. I yet to receive reply. is it necessary to apply for an appeal to them?

copies are already hosted on icai.results 

 

It showed results only

login to icai.results through Nro and pwd >> extreme right hand side shown as "Certified Copies Nov 2019" click on View Outcome 

Note : It may be expired if it is shown as EXPIRED 

Same issue with me not yet received copies after 30 days also

Copies via RTI received by many students 

However Copies via ICAI site (via paying Rs. 500) is shown as "Pending"

Where to contact if copy not received through rti even after 30 days.

I applied on 15/02/2020. I yet to file appeal.
