my uncle appointed a CA for handling appeal and all matters related to it, but all the work to be done in appeal such as making reconcilations and bifurcations of income is asked by my uncle to make it. Is it to be made by my uncle or CA as copy of all the data related to appeal is also with that CA?

Ms. Vanita, primarily we paid fees to CA to do the job and all the workings, but there are some kinda works which CA can not do like providing the informations, giving details, keeping the data properly etc. so as far as your case is concerned, you said that all data has been given to CA and still CA is demanding to prepare reconciliation it is to be done by CA but I think your uncle should talk to the CA properly and find out a solution. CA may be seeking some kinda information so don't get him wrong just consult with him properly. Thank you.
