Hi,
I have received an intimation under section 200A and 30 days has bee elapsed, so now if I want to file an appeal shoud I first do rectification? If yes can I do it in the usual rectification manner? When I contacted CPC they said that rectification cannot be filed unless the late fee is paid. Can someone give an explanation regarding this?
