Appeal against order u/s 147/144
I've got notice of demand for Rs 46000/- u/s 147/144.I am a salaried person and done some equity trading in AY 14-15 and bear loss.
No i want to file appeal against the notice. So plz advice me to fill form 35 and how to write in facts/grounds of appeal and relevant section.

ok! but person should have digital signature to file form -35 online
but i dont have any digital signature. can i verify using aadhaar OTP as in ITR verification?
is DSC only way to verifiy the form 35?
