Appeal against order of Adjudicating Authority to Appellate Tribunal

we have received the order dated 22.02.2024 of adjudicating Authority under GST . Our management has decided to prefer an appeal against the said order to Appellate Tribunal

. However in the state of Tamil Nadu Appellate Authority has not been formed .

Its the said order , time limit is given as " 3 months from the date of communication of Order or the date on which President ot the State President , as the case may be , of the Appellate Tribunal enters Office , which ever is latter " .

How to file an appeal when Tribunal is not formed ? . What can be done in the current case .



Its also pertinent to mention we have also received recovery notice from Dept based on the said order .
