Can we submit AOC4 XBRL for standalone plus Provisional CFS and afterwards adopted CFS of the same FY. Under same SRN?

No, it is not possible to submit standalone and consolidated financial statements separately. Both must be submitted together under the AOC-4 XBRL form using a single SRN.

Can we break sequence?

Now 23-24 

Later 22-23, there were some issues. May trigger SCN.
