Do we need to mention in Aoc-2 the following related parties transaction as it is not mention in section 188.

1. loan from director
2. inter corporate loan

Further will point 1 transaction is to be mention in AS 18?

only transactions coming under section 188(1) to be disclosed in AOC2. Both your points not to be mentioned.

 

But both the points are mandatorily to be mentioned in AS18 disclosure.

Is remuneration to director and kmp has to be considered part of AOC-2?
