Any updates on due date extension of GSTR 9 & 9C

Representation has been made by ICAI for extension of due date of Annual Return GSTR 9/9A and Reconciliation Statement along Audit Certification GSTR 9C for the year 2017-18 by 3 months (30.11.19) ICAI is confident on positive consideration and announcement in this regard soon

Due Date for filing FORM GSTR-9, GSTR-9A and GSTR-9C is still 31.08.2019. 50:50 chances for date extension as ICAI, ICMAI, and other Tax Consultancy Firm has requested the Government to extend the due date by further 3 months to 30.11.2019.

The last date for furnishing of Annual Return in the FORM GSTR-9 / FORM GSTR-9A and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report in FORM GSTR-9C for the financial year 2017-18 has been extended from 31st August, 2019 to 30th NOVEMBER 2019.
