Any process to know basis for determining laibility
On what basis liability' of Dealer is determined under GST.Are they bound to disclose the basis by which they have determined the Liability to pay or is final topay.

Its based on the value of supply and the rate of tax applicable on such supply of goods or service as per notification
On the basis of billed value for the period.
