I think they wanted to shut down rumours about any extension of PE2. Also they wanted to announce indirectly  that PE2 is now burried in graveyard.

No one knows exactly but evreyone knows it will be declared by July end/first week of August for 2nd stage. Please wait for official announcement by ICAI. Don't worry you will get your result.

but host said y it is announce earlier... its like he knows about such announcement

Mr. Sivasiva is talking about exam date sheet and not about any results. For any more doubts, Kindly post in a different forum.

When i asked with ICAI, Chennai, they said either 14th or 17th July. Max 19th July.
