Is there any late fee and penalty for late filing GSTR 9 and 9C.??

Late fee Rs 100/_for CGST & Rs 100/
for SGST per day to be paid.

If your T/o above 2 crs, then only you have to file GSTR 9C, that too thro Auditors not by u. same late fee applicable for both GSTR 9 & 9C.
