GSTR1 for the 3rd Quarter (October 2019 to December 2019)filing after 10-01-2020 will have any late fee?.

Late fees waied off and extended from 10 Jan to 17 Jan 2019
The date of waiver of late fee for GSTR-1 of tax periods (Monthly/Quarterly) starting from July, 2017 to November, 2019, has been extended to 17th January, 2020.
