I am Sole propertership business doing locally, I have plan to do export outside india, in outside india some customer asking material from india, I have IEC number, locally i approach some suppliers, they don't have IEC no so they will supply me. I will export through my IEC number. what are all risk is there in this

Unless the supplier has IEC, you cannot consider as third party export. It is wholly on your end.

but billing how to do, tax part how it is applicability, if i pay any taxs for locally.
