My dear friend unfortunately all the above answers are incorrect.actually the link you are refeing is from Income tax deptt gov web site and deptt has hire the services of tax mann to update the law on their website.but taxmann is hosting the income tax law on their server for deptt .you can also read full income tax act section wise and year from 1995.on deptt website .after opning the income tax govt site read second drop down menu after about "tax law and rules" and than click income tax act and check any section all the link is hosted by taxmann  for income tax deptt.
