I had reached this page through Google.
It is a case law. However, taxmann actually charges fees for viewing case laws on their website. How is it, that this webpage is available for viewing free of charge?
How can one find if other such pages are available for free viewing?

Taxmann is a paid site. When u will fill their form they will give you monthly or annual charges

Rounak that happens because the person who uploaded the link used his password first and then uploaded it...it's like a mirror image of the actual data....try again opening some other pages.....I BET YOU WON't BE ABLE TO DO SO....you may say it as replica of actual information....I HOPE THAT SOLVED YOUR QUERY...

My dear friend unfortunately all the above answers are incorrect.actually the link you are refeing is from Income tax deptt gov web site and deptt has hire the services of tax mann to update the law on their website.but taxmann is hosting the income tax law on their server for deptt .you can also read full income tax act section wise and year from 1995.on deptt website .after opning the income tax govt site read second drop down menu after about "tax law and rules" and than click income tax act and check any section all the link is hosted by taxmann for income tax deptt.
