any different rate of central and State for same goods
does a single goods have different rate of CGST and different rate for SGST?

Not come across any such supply till date, but likely to be, in future......
If different rates will be there the objective of One Tax One Nation will not be achieved..
Taxpayers who have not set-off their liability for GSTR-3B for July 2017 and have only done "Submit"of their GSTR-3B have been given option to edit, submit and file their Returns.
