ANX 1 is out ward details.and AnX 2 is inward details and differnce of two table is RET1.
The New return Form Annexure 1 , 2, Ret1 is not being implemented as of today.

Rumors are that these forms are deferred for the time being
yes as per recomendations in 39 gst meeting held on 14/03/2020 , its being deferred to till sept-2020
