Dear hammad as u wrote your training has been over then in that case u dont need to gets the sign of your principal.
But you can get it attested by other CAs or Gazetted officer because every student is required to get his form attested from any member of ICAI or Gazetted officer .
You dont worry about your principal(the person under whom u have served his training) becz once u completed ur training and got completion certificate u need not longer required any approval in future from ur principal.
You can get ur exam form attested from any member of ICAI.
But for your kind information in coming time PCC is going to expire and only IPCC will continue.
But dont worry it will take tim, u should try to clear the grp as soon as possible.
