Answer sheets received but marks awarded very low - need sug

Before procedding further, kindly compare your way of presentation with the presentation expected by ICAI. 

Sometimes answer may be correct, but you may get lesser marks for presentation. 

i wrote on this topic earlier also....first, many students do not write the things as are expected to be.

secondly, i have searched out that copies are checked by Non- CAs also. this is not illegal frnds.....Legally they r eligible to check the copy as per CA institute's rules. They check the copy as per suggested answers are given to them....suppose if u explain the things with ur reason which may be correct but that answer might be crossed and awarded Zero jst because it  might nt be appearing in the suggested answer sheet. the crux is copies are being checked by many degree college teachers(though they have wisdom) but still they are not updated with extra-ordinay things in CA. there is a gap of knowledge between the Two. The general concept is--- 

If answer is extra-ordinarily (typical language)correct then 3 out of 4,

if answer is correct nd u quoted sections also then 2 out of 4

in many copies i have obsevred that in numeric questions they awarded 5 out of 10 even total steps were there with correct answer. aap sirf SAR peet-te hi reh jayenge or kuch nahi. have a nice day

@ deepak.. i know every thing boss. when i accidently met a teacher (senior teacher) nd came to know that he is a checker of ca, cs cwa all. i applied for certified copy of  audit final nd went to him for reason for low marks.....u know what he said after seeing my copy??....he said me hota to atleast 50 cross krta. i gained only 35. He was the checker of audit final.....ab aap andaza laga lijiyye....ye depend krta he ki aap ki copy kis mizaz k teacher pr ja rahi he....it depends on teacher to teacher or say checker to checker.....or haan, despite being the  senior  nd respected teacher, they were not aware about the laws of PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, SA, AUDIT REPORT AUDIT OF BANKS ETC. ...bs suggested dekha or No. de diya.....hahahahhaha wht a joke...my personal experience..

Just learn from ur mistakes, compare ur answers with suggested answers bcoz nothing can be done at dis point of time ... just be prepared fr ur coming attempt...all the best..

I also got it 2day itself of ca final 2nd group n wht I understand from it is tht if your answer in practical questions also are fully correct, then they start giving marks on step marking n whn your answer is wrong in the end coz of silly mistake, thy deduct whole marks n 2nd thing is that ki whn ur answer is based on assumption , it should be of suugested one like not the other one regardless ki ur answer is correct as per your assumption like in costing I took ki fixed cost is irrelevant cost as it is not depend on proposal whereas thy say it is relevant cost as it depend on proposal in suggested n my marks are deducted coz of difference in answer

@ Mayank...students are comparing their answers with the suggested answers nd pointing out the mistakes they did....but whts ur idea whn they find their answers correct in their matching nd checker is providing lower marks whereever on the other hand for same writing skills another student is getting different marks.(read my previous comments)..read to Mr. Deepak.....many cases r there like this...wht will u say sir???? i tell  u...although in theory papers there are guidlines to the checkers for providing the marks(not so strict guidelines are there depends on the wisdom of checker), still teachers provide marks according to their wisdom. or sabse badi baat ki vo subject k expert nahi hote as they r not chartered accountants.....mujhe khud numeric papers me 2 questions me partial marks diye jbki vo totally theek the with good presentation.........comments r welcome..

                I had applied for Inspection & certified copies of Answer sheers for MAY'13 Papers of (Units 8) on 9th Aug. On checking online status for the same it shows no records found 

            I have tried many times checking  the Status on icaiexam.icai.org & also through other modes, But still no reply & I haven't received my answer sheets yet . Please suggest

Hey vijay.. Prepare fir next attempt ...write in such way that u will get 100/100..

In CA Exams we cant expect full marks for every correct answers because many factors like way of presentation, quality of answers, reference to the relevant sections & notes about assumptions etc , etc so if you attempt for 70 marks even if the answer are correct we cant expect to get full 70 marks. So focus to enrich your answers which can be done by practising i think mock tests will help you.

For Verifying Copy Of CA exams Application has to be made and that to can be done by CAs only, Marks varies by results of institute.
