Annual roc return filing

Dear All,

When we are filing annual roc return i.e. FORM NO. 23AC/23ACA FOR F.Y. 2008-09 WHEN WE CALCULATE THE FEES UNDER CALCULATOR ON MCA PORTAL IT IS SHOWING RS. 300 +2700 = 3000/- BUT WHEN WE ARE PROCEEDING FURTHER IT IS SHOWING RS. 975 UNDER CLSS SCHEME AND TELLING ME TO PAY RS. 975.

NOW I THINK I HAVE TO PAY RS. 975 AND NOT RS. 3000 ? AM I CORRECT ? THEN UNDER FEES CALCULATOR WHY IS IT SHOWING RS. 3000/-

PLEASE REPLY THAT IF I PAY RS. 975 IS IT FINE ?

In CLSS Scheme Govt give Relief from Penalty & Fine For Those who had not File retrun on time.

Thhus you only liable to pay RS.975/-

Yes Mr. Rajesh you are right.you have to pay Rs.975.

The Last date for Submission of Annual Returns & Balance sheet in respect of Companies who have not filed the same has been extended till 15h of December 2011.

Those companies who are in default of filing their Annual Returns and Balance Sheet/Profit & Loss Account for the previous years can make use of this opportunity and file their pending returns shall file their returns at only 25% of the additional fees payable apart from immunity from prosecution.
