I came to know that Registrar of companies have announced a scheme for sick companies who have not filled the annual company returns in last some years can file returns on concessional basis or without penalty. Can u explain the scheme and other details regarding filling of the returns.

Yes the ROC provide the facilty to file the annual document on concessional basis you can find the detail about the Fee on the following link

The scheme is not only for the Sick Company but any company can make good his default of COmpliance through the Scheme by filing the documents on Concessional basis. Please take the advantage of the same.
