I have following querries:-
1.What is new extended due date for Maharashtra VAT audit ?
2.What is" Annual return" that is required to be filed with ROC?
3.What was original due date for filing XBRL return ?

Original Due date for filing XBRL Statements is 15th November 2012 or 30 days from the date of AGM whichever is later. However, it has been extended to Dec 15th first, then to Jan 15th 2013.
Correct me if I am wrong
