I have turnover below 1.5 crore in FY 2017-18 and 2018-19. Do i need to file annual return?
Somewhere i heard that it is optional to file annual return for turnover below 1.5 crore. My business place is UP. So is it true? any notification in this regard?

It is better to file since it is the last opportunity for you to declare your correct input and output and also if any output was declared in 2018-19 pertaining to 2017-18. same is for input.
Better to file it from all respects in my opinion.
