Annual Return for F.Y. 20 - 21

The due date for filing the Annual Return (GSTR-9) and the reconciliation statement (GSTR-9C) for the financial year 2020-21 was extended by the government to February 28, 2022.

While the original statutory due date was December 31, 2021, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) extended it to February 28, 2022, to provide relief to taxpayers.
