Is it necessary to attach the original signed annual return alongwith Form 20B or can we attached soft copy converted to pdf(by prefixing SD/- in field of sigmature)

Hi,
You can 100% attach soft copy converted to pdf by prefixing SD/- in field of sigmature. The same practice is allowed by MCA through instruction Kit provided with the E-form.
