From what date , year you have not filed Annual return - Composition scheme. ?.
Since from 2017 GSTR 4 is not filed
There was Amnesty scheme for GSTR -4 vide notification 2/2023 ( CT) dated 31/3/2023 , check same is valid till date or not .
No it was upto only June 30 2023
I think yesterdays GST council meeting Amnesty scheme for Composition delar GSTR 4 ,has been extended till 31/8/2023 , please confirm and wait for notification , or check notification.
