Annual return filing last date is 31 Jan. 2020..
Due Date to file FORM GSTR-9 & FORM GSTR-9C :
For FY 2017-18 :- 31.01.2020.
For FY 2018-19 :- 31.03.2020
Removal of Difficulty Order 10/2019 - CT , dated 26.12.2019, has been issued to extend the due date of filing Annual Return for FY 2017-18.
