if any mistake done by me at 3b return .......of ay 2018 19
there are any option at annual return to correction my mistake like outward supply.......etc

In case of outward supply u can increase sales n pay tax voluntarily If those sale is to a registered person u have upload those invoices in gstr1 of mar 19 Now u not possible bez

If sale shown in 3B is less than GSTR-1 and GSTR-1 is actual then no need to change Table 4 since table 4 shows data auto populated from GSTR-1. But difference in tax liability will have to be paid through DRC-03.
