Dear all,
kindly suggest me due date for filing annual return under GST.
is there any notification which extends due date from 31st March 2019 to 30th June 2019?

yes annual return date is 30.06 .2019 as of now no notification released

Latest Update as on 22nd December 2018: 31st GST Council meeting held on 22nd December 2018 recommended further extension for filing GSTR-9,GSTR-9A and GSTR-9C upto 30th June 2019. Also, certain changes were called for in the form GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C. Read more here

*Update as on 8th December 2018: Due date for filing GSTR-9, GSTR-9A and GSTR-9C is extended till 31st March 2019 by CBIC for FY 2017-18

In section 44 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in the Explanation, for the figures, letters and word “31st March, 2019”, the figures, letters and word “30th June, 2019” shall be substituted. [F.No.20/06/16/2018-GST] (Dr. Sreeparvathy S.L.) Under Secretary to the Government of India.

due date was extend in 31st GST council meeting but official notification was not issued and date was decided during council meeting is 30.06.2019

as my view it may extend up to 30.09.2019
