Can we file GSTR 9 and 9c for FY 18-19 or there will be changes in Form. Since there is no space to show the ammendment for FY 2017-18 In current form.If no changes are expected then how can we file the same?

You can file the annual return but as regards to future changes in the form, it can't be said as to when the form will the updated as it gets updated as per the requirements then and later on arising.
