Dear sir, From July-2017 to Dec-2017 we opted Composition scheme but From Jan-2018 onwards opted out from composition due to prescribed limit was crossed. Now for annual report which form i use GSTR9 OR GSTR9A OR BOTH?

Actually when you file your annual return, data already showing in respective Annual Return and modify your amendments accordingly, wait for the opening of Annual Return in GST portal.
Anyway wait for the availability of forms.
