Dear Experts,
Our company is in verge of preparing Annual Report for the FY 2013-2014. My question is, if the old format of board report along with the compliance certificate will be applicable, or will the new board report as per the companies act 2013 will be applicable? Do we have to prepare cash flow statment also (we are unlisted public company). Will the new act pertaining to board report will be applicable only from FY 2014-2015?
