Anything about annual report of the companies... what is that? what is the provision regarding it, if any?

In short, it is ROC return of company.. To b filed within 60 days from AGM.. Mandatory for all companies.. Can b filed late also, but with late fees.. Two options - normal return in normal way OR XBRL (applicable for few co.s)..

Hi dude.. Sorry for wrong pick.. Annual Report of Company is COMPREHENSIVE set of all relevant doc.s of company.. Apart from financial statements it also includes other papers / information like Director Report, Value added statement, letter to share holders etc.. In short, under perspective of Companies Act, annual financial statements of co are known as ANNUAL REPORT
