Please anyone tell me that annual maintenance charges is chargeable to service tax or not? or is there any exemption ?

yes ., its chargeable., the exemption limit 10 lac
AMC is just a name. It is actually a service remuneration and tgerefore chargeable in the same way as the other remunerations. Exemption limit of 10 L is valid on combined fee recd.
