Yes as per section 101 of the companies act you can.
As per Section 101 of the Companies Act 2013, Annual General meeting of the Company can be held aat shorter notice if consent in writing is received from 95 percent of the member entitled to vote at the meeting. But in case of any other meeting , if consent in writing is received in majority of member in number entitled to vote
