I uploaded Form 23 AC and 23ACA on Jan. 1,.2013 under "paylater " payment option , the expiry date of challan payment was Jan. 2,2013(altough it should be Jan 8,2013 i.e after 7 days period).
I did not see paylater challan at that time. After 3 days when I type that SRN for making payment , I got error message that the Challlan has been expired. Now , today I have again filled form 23AC " afresh" but after prescrutiny(offline) I got an erroe that the form has be already filled with MCA vide SRN. xxxxxxxxxxx.
So what to do now, can I submit the form a fresh inso\pite of the prescrutiny error(as aforeesaid)
