Annual filing
we need to do roc filing for the company incorporated on 03/03/2014. we have prepared the financial statements from 03/03/2014 to 31/03/2015. which form to be selected,This will be its first annual filing.please suggest.thanks in advance

Use AOC-4 (Financial Statements) and MGT-7 (Annual Return).

I do not agree to the views of Arjun bhai. For Financial year commencing before 01st April, 2014, such companies had to file Form 23AC and 23ACA for filing Financial Statements. Form AOC-4 will not allow you to fill up the details. This has been clarified as per Circular of MCA dated 04.04.2014 08/2014 (Attached). For Annual Return, Form MGT-7 will be filed.
Hi Nadeem sorry i mis read as f.y begining on 01.04.2014. Agree with the view of pratik shah. But w.e.f 27.03.16 i think finncial statements and annual return are required to be uploaded through gnl-2. Wait for clarificatons.
