For this year do we need to do preapare Directors Report, Board Minutes, AGM and Annual Return according to provisions of Companies Act, 1956.

As per MCA circular, for the FY 13-14, Directors Report, Board Minutes, AGM and Annual Return can be prepared as per Companies Act, 1956.
For FY 14-15 onwards, CA 2013 is to be followed...
Yes , as per MCA wide General Circular No. 08/2014 has clarified that for FY 13-14, the financial statements, Board's Report, Auditors Report will be as per the provisions of old Companies Act, 1956.
